The One-to-One Day
A full private day at home with me. Just us. Total focus on you, your business and what's next. Complete confidentiality. Consultancy, creative movement and clarity coaching. I also offer private energy readings. My work is unique - I 'see' future potential and hold space for your potential in the field.  As your private practitioner on the day, we remove belief blocks and nervous system stress to make your reality happen faster.
The Atelier Table
A maximum of five women at my table — every one of them personally invited for their energy and drive - navigating similar change that you are but with their own expertise and experience to draw from too. The relief of being fully understood, the power of five brilliant minds on your situation, and connections that tend to outlast the day into friendship and business alliances. How does the Day Work?
It's actually more than a day, I work with you for the month that the day takes place in because you have my personal WhatsApp. Every Atelier Day travels one arc: you arrive with a desire — the thing you want but haven't fully claimed — and we take it all the way through my 7Ds in my book, to Done. decided, debunked, ditched, and in motion — the journey most people take a year over, cut to a day. It's relaxed, calm and we're clearing and creating, indoors and outdoors with a lovely lunch.

After Your Day: The Integration Month
The day creates the shift; the month makes it stick.
Every Atelier guest receives two flexi one-to-one sessions with me, taken remotely or in-person - booked on your timing within our 30 days together — before the board meeting, after the launch, when the wobble hits - whatever comes up. And you have my private line for quick voice notes throughout: send them as things move, I reply every working day Mon-Friday morning. The container closes at day 30.
You Can Also Join my Female Changemaker Mastermind, Empire 
Every woman who spends an Atelier Day with me can join my private network — although "network" undersells it. It's a heart-felt, small collective, which I am building for women from these days. My cottage in the Cotswolds, near Blenheim Palace nearest station Charlbury or Hanborough. The exact address is shared once your day is booked. My WhatsApp for the month is yours, we can choose the start date together.

Investment month
The One-to-One Day + extra 1:1 Sessions
£5k inclusive of VAT, under a business services category. Your day includes the Integration Month: two extra 1:1 sessions (one before and one after, usually one remote and one in-person) and access to me on WhatsApp for 30 days afterwards. After that, you're welcome to join my Empire Mastermind rolling for a reduced rate of £250 per month.

About Poppy
